Grooming Report for 11/15/2011

As of November 15, 2011 there is 18” of snow at Dry Bread Pond and 21” at Monte Cristo.

UDOT closed SR-39, at the monte cristo parking lot, at 6:00 p.m on November 15. There was about 12 inches of snow in the parking lot. Currently the snow cat is not in operation. Grooming runs will begin when enough snow has accumulated as to not damage the snowcat.

The fee schedule for the parking lot is $5.00 per day or a season pass can be purchased for $40.00 through December 31, 2011. On January 1, 2012 the season pass can be purchased for $50.

We encourage you to obtain an avalanche advisory before venturing out into the backcountry. An avalanche advisory is available on our 800 line, 1-800-OHV-RIDE. Also be prepared with the appropriate avalanche gear and training. If you have snowmobile riders under the age of 16 , the snowmobile safety course, required by law, can be taken on line at

Oh my, that much snow is very hard to remove without your presence. A research paper writing service mentioned that the grooming process done by you is the most efficient in the country. No other company or organization can actually do such work in such large scale.
