As of 5pm tonight we have received about 14" of new snow at the Mill Flat Trailhead in Snake Creek Canyon.  Reports from riders say they were in about 3 feet of snow up top.  The good thing is, it is still coming down.  Our plans are to have the snowcat out tomorrow morning to start grooming the trails.  We will start with Snake Creek and American Fork canyon to the narrows and possibly across Cummings Parkway depending on the depth over there.  We'll continue to evaluate snow depths in other areas and open them up as snow permits.

It is really good to conduct these type of grooming projects. According to the essaygeeks service, most of the snow is covered on the roads. So, the people are finding difficulty to driving on the roads.
