Grooming Report 12/13/2013

The recent snow storms have brought some good snow.  The snow depths range from 6 to 8 inches at trail heads to 2 to 3 feet up top.  The snow is real powdery and has no base.  The few users report that there sleds are cutting through powdery snow down to the bare ground.  The temperatures are forcasted to warm a little which will help the snow compact a little.  Trail is in excellent shape with no bad drifts.  We are waiting to groom until we receive some aditional snow.  Please remember to register your sleds and wear your helmet.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact us at Yuba State Park 435-758-2611 or email us at
