Current Conditions

High clouds drifted in and out of the region overnight and temperatures remained somewhat mild, currently registering in the upper 20's and mid 30's. West and southwest winds are blowing 20-25 mph along the high ridges. An early corn harvest awaits on low and mid elevation south facing terrain. On the north half of the compass, you'll still find cold creamy snow on wind sheltered, upper elevation slopes.

Avalanche Danger

This morning the avalanche danger is generally LOW. By afternoon, the danger for wet slides and sluffs increases to MODERATE and human triggered avalanches are POSSIBLE on all steep, sun-exposed, slopes.

I have always dreamt of getting into some sorts of activities like these as you get all the benefits. I myself and hopefully will get some volunteers from australianessay to get along and be a part of the big events.
